Lancaster Area, Pennsylvania
WORK 3 DAYS. 12-HOUR SHIFTS.
Friday Saturday Sunday
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Looking for a full-time nursing position that gives you a consistent schedule and four days off every week?
Serenity Hospice PA is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team serving patients and families in the Lancaster area.
THE SCHEDULE YOU’VE BEEN LOOKING FOR
Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Monday – Thursday: OFF

YOUR ROLE
As an RN with Serenity Hospice PA, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting patients and their families during an incredibly important time in their lives.
You’ll work closely with physicians, caregivers, and our interdisciplinary team to ensure patients receive exceptional care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Provide symptom management and comfort-focused care
Educate patients and families regarding medications, disease progression, and hospice services
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Provide emotional support to patients and their loved ones
Advocate for patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
An RN who is compassionate, dependable, organized, committed, and a team player with the following:
Active Pennsylvania RN license
Hospice or home health experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
