Job description
VITAS Healthcare in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Home Care RN to provide compassionate, bedside hospice care in patients' homes, prioritizing comfort and dignity at the end of life. Join a collaborative interdisciplinary team, making 4–6 home visits daily and meeting weekly with office staff to coordinate holistic support for patients and families.
A valid RN license, at least two years of nursing experience, and reliable transportation are required.
