Job description
UVM Health Network - Home, Health and Hospice’s McClure Miller Respite House in Vermont is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide patient care and education, supporting patients and families at the end of life within an interdisciplinary team. One or more years of hospice or home health nursing experience is preferred; Vermont RN licensure is required.
