Job description
Central Coast Home Health, Inc. seeks a full-time Hospice RN to join our team serving the San Luis Obispo - Coast area. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a choice of 4 or 5 days per week and rotating weekends; no night call.
Responsibilities include planning and directing hospice care in patients' homes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient and family needs, and promoting quality of life for dying patients.
