Job description
Paycom - ATS seeks a licensed RN to coordinate hospice care for patients at home in New Jersey. You will evaluate patient needs, perform comprehensive assessments, educate families, and collaborate with the IDG to maintain current plans of care.
The role requires strong assessment, communication, and time management skills, on-call coverage, and adherence to federal/state regulations. A valid NJ RN license and hospice experience are preferred, with driving required.
