Job description
Niagara Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team on a per-diem basis in Lockport, NY. The On-Call RN delivers skilled hospice nursing care during overnight on-call shifts and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, patient and family support, and coordination of services. Desirable candidates travel within Niagara County and hold an NY RN license with a valid NY
