Job description
Amedisys is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide high-quality in-home hospice care across multiple markets. You will assess patients, coordinate the plan of care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of services in the home setting.
This per diem role offers flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and a clear path for growth within one of the nation's leading home health and hospice providers. A valid RN license and CPR certification are required.
