Job description
Amedisys is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will perform initial nursing assessment, develop and revise the plan of care, and coordinate with the care team to ensure continuity and high-quality home-based patient care.
In this role you will regularly communicate patient progress to the clinical manager, physicians, and the care team, educate families, and handle on-call responsibilities as needed.
