Job description
Amedisys Home Health in Plymouth, NC is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to join per diem on a flexible schedule. You will provide compassionate hospice care to patients in their homes, coordinating with the care team as needed.
As a per diem RN, you will perform initial nursing assessments, develop and revise the plan of care, and educate families about patient needs and care options. This role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
