Job description
Frontpoint Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care for clients in their residences in Mason, TX. This role involves coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team and supporting patient and family needs.
Qualified candidates must have Texas RN licensure, strong communication skills, and a sensitivity to issues of loss and grief. Two years' experience in a clinical care setting is preferred.
