Job description
Riverside Home Health & Hospice in Grants Pass, OR, seeks a PRN Hospice Registered Nurse to support patients and families in their homes. You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage end‑of‑life symptoms, administer medications, educate caregivers, and document care accurately while collaborating with the care team.
The ideal candidate is an Oregon-licensed RN with CPR, hospice or home health experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with flexibility.
