Job description
Lower Cape Fear LifeCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate in-home care in Wilmington, NC. This PRN role involves visiting patients, coordinating with the care team, and supporting families across diverse settings.
Ideal candidates have a nursing degree (AD/Diploma/BSN), a current nursing license (SC), and at least two years of hospice or home care experience, with strong communication and documentation skills.
