Job description
Excelin Health Services is seeking a PRN Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in San Antonio, TX. The RN will plan, organize and direct home care services, focusing on community health education and patient/family needs within their homes and communities.
Responsibilities include initial assessments, care planning, medication administration, and coordinating patient care as Case Manager when needed. Requires an active RN license and NLN-accredited nursing education.
