Transitions Hospice is seeking an experienced RN to join our Extended Care Team as an ECT Nurse in Rockford, IL. This PRN position provides flexible on-demand coverage across the territory, delivering comprehensive nursing care and rapid assessments while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.
