Job description
Gentiva Hospice is seeking a Hospice RN – Regional Support to provide direct nursing care and support to families across multiple Western Tennessee locations. The role involves serving as a floating clinician, assigned to different branches based on census needs or staffing gaps.
You will travel to Gentiva hospice locations, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality hospice care and regulatory compliance.
