Job Title: Registered Nurse – RNJob Location: Clarksville, TNJob Type: Full TimeWe are looking for an RN to join our Hospice team. A few position highlights include:Coordinate the total plan of care with other health care professionals involved in the care and strive to maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, and community resources.Make the initial and/or comprehensive nursing evaluation visit, determine primary focus of care, develop the plan of care within state specific guidelines, and ensure patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines as defined by the payer.Maintain and submit accurate documentation and clinical notes, including the patient’s condition, appropriate goals, interventions, and patient’s response to home health care.Provide high quality clinical services within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, from admit through discharge.THE MUST HAVES:One (1) year of clinical RN experience.Current RN license in the state where services are rendered.Current CPR certification, driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.Must be able to reliably commute to multiple patient residences daily within the geographic area assigned.Full-Time Benefits Include:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, Pre-Tax Savings Accounts, and ancillary benefits100% Employer Paid Basic Life Insurance & Employee Assistance ProgramGenerous Paid Time Off plan and 6 paid holidays annuallyEmployee Referral Bonuses401K Retirement Plan & Employer MatchBeacon Hospice- Clarksville, an affiliate of The Pennant Group (NASDAQ: PNTG), is the employer for this position as stated in the job posting.
