Job description
Moments Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice RN Clinical Manager/Team Director to lead an interdisciplinary team of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers in delivering compassionate end-of-life care.
You will ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate care plans, and drive quality improvements while partnering with families, physicians, and providers. A leadership background and RN licensure are essential.
