Job description
Serenity Hospice Care is seeking an Assistant Team Lead RN to support the clinical leadership team and guide our hospice nursing staff in Essex/Union County, NJ. This role blends direct patient care with leadership responsibilities and mentoring of RN Case Managers.
The Assistant Team Lead will help coordinate daily clinical operations, ensure quality care, and maintain compliance with hospice regulations and company policies while serving as a clinical resource for the team.
