Job description
St. Croix Hospice in Mendota Heights, MN is seeking a Per Diem Triage Registered Nurse to respond to overnight and weekend calls, assess patient needs, and coordinate hospice services by phone.
The RN will document care, communicate with physicians, and support families while maintaining HIPAA privacy and high clinical standards in a home-based setting.
This role requires current RN license, strong nursing experience in palliative care, and the ability to work a flexible weekend schedule.
