Job description
Lifespark is seeking a dedicated RN Visit Nurse for the South Central Metro to plan, organize, and direct home care services in patients’ homes. You will assess clients, develop and adjust care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and families to promote aging with independence.
The role requires 1–2 years acute care or home health experience, nursing licensure, and the ability to manage a caseload with empathy. Mileage reimbursement and full-time schedule are provided.
