Job description
St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to join our nursing home care team in Columbia & Greene counties. This full-time role offers weekday hours, with no on-call or weekend shifts, and comprehensive benefits through St. Peter's Health Partners.
You will case manage patients, coordinate with nursing homes, and provide symptom management in end-of-life care. NY RN license, ADN required (BSN preferred), and LTC/hospice experience are valued.
