HOSPICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / LIAISON

MUST HAVE HOSPICE OR HOME HEALTH SALES EXPERIENCE - NO EXCEPTIONS
We are seeking experienced Hospice Sales Representatives / Liaisons to join a growing hospice organization in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
We are looking for proven healthcare sales professionals who know their local market, have established referral relationships, and can demonstrate a successful history of generating referrals and growing census.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven hospice or home health sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and making a meaningful impact on patients and families.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare referral partners .
Promote hospice programs and services throughout the assigned territory.
Generate qualified hospice referrals and consistently work toward census and growth goals.
Identify and develop new referral sources while strengthening existing accounts.
Educate healthcare professionals and community partners on hospice services, eligibility, and appropriate patient referrals.
Maintain a strong and consistent presence throughout the territory.
Conduct regular follow-up with referral partners and identify opportunities for account growth.
Track sales activity, referral development, and account relationships using CRM/contact management software.
Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leadership to support patients, families, and referral partners.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 2 years of successful Hospice and/or Home Health sales experience - REQUIRED.
Direct experience marketing and promoting Hospice and/or Home Health services .
Local market knowledge with established healthcare referral relationships .
Proven and verifiable history of generating referrals and contributing to census growth.
Established relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, ALFs, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
Strong business development, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience utilizing CRM/contact management software.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based sales environment.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Stable work history with demonstrated sales performance.
COMPENSATION

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Hospice and/or Home Health Sales: 2+ Years
Candidates without direct Hospice or Home Health sales experience will not be considered.
