Job description
Gentiva is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate hospice care in patients’ homes. In this role, you will manage pain and symptoms, perform skilled nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments, and develop individualized care plans. You will educate and support patients and families through end-of-life care, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary hospice team.
