Job description
Gentiva Hospice is seeking a Hospice RN – Regional Support to deliver high-quality nursing care across our Memphis-area branches and surrounding communities. The role is a floating clinician position, traveling to fill urgent staffing needs while coordinating with LPNs, CNAs, HHAs and physicians.
You will assess physical, emotional, spiritual, and environmental needs, document care, educate families, participate in on-call rotation, and support regulatory compliance.
