Job description
St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Triage Registered Nurse to respond to overnight and weekend calls, assess patient needs, and coordinate hospice services by phone. Responsibilities include documenting in EMR, communicating with physicians, and guiding care plans to support comfort and dignity.
