Job description
Stillwater Hospice is seeking an RN Visit Nurse to provide in-home hospice nursing care in the Columbia City area. The role includes pain and symptom management, patient and family education, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team. Weekend rotations and full-time hours are involved.
Qualified candidates have an Indiana RN license, CPR/TB certifications, and ideally 1 year of hospital or home health experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
