Job description
Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a registered nurse to identify, evaluate, and enroll patients into Mount Sinai at Home programs. The role is on-site within clinical teams at our health system hospitals, working directly with patients in the ED and on inpatient floors, with telephonic coordination from office.
