Job description
Lee Health in Fort Myers, Florida, is seeking a Hospital at Home Physician to lead acute-level inpatient care delivered in patients' homes. This hybrid care model includes in-home nursing visits, virtual rounding, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to reduce inpatient stays while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospital medicine experience is preferred.
