Job description
Baptist Health seeks an experienced registered nurse to administer patient care in Hospital Care at Home and related TeleHealth settings in the Birmingham, AL area.
You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in home-based and hospital-at-home environments. Travel within the service region is required.
