Job description
firsthand seeks a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to serve as the founding clinician of its hospital psychiatric consult service, working alongside a consulting psychiatrist. You will perform bedside assessments, initiate treatment, document in the EHR, and follow admitted patients to the floor.
You will also carry the outpatient bridge, ensuring continuity of care from ED to the next visit.
