Job description
Heywood Hospital seeks a Chief Engineer to lead the safe, efficient operation of its Class 3 boiler plant and associated systems. You will oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision to ensure uninterrupted hospital services.
The role requires 3–5 years of boiler/steam equipment experience, a Mass Stationary Engineer 3rd Class License, and a valid driver's license. Expect 40-hour days with 24/7 on-call coverage and on-site work in Gardner, MA.
