Job description
McLaren seeks a President/CEO to lead a Michigan hospital, reporting to the Corporate President/CEO and the Board of Trustees. The role represents the hospital to the Medical Staff, the community, and external groups.
The President/CEO directs hospital operations, policy implementation, budget management, facilities planning, and market growth while coordinating with the Board, Medical Staff, and community partners to deliver high-quality patient care and strong financial performance.
