Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) seeks a Chief Financial Officer for Mount Auburn Hospital, reporting to the SVP/CFO of Finance Operations. The CFO will lead all financial activities, shape policy, manage capital and cash, and support strategic planning aligned with the system's objectives.
The role requires a CPA or advanced degree, 5–8 years of related experience, and strong communication with the Finance Committee and Board.
