Soliant Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a busy 200+ bed community hospital in Alexandria, LA. The contract role centers on medication management, patient care, and interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize therapy.
Responsibilities include verifying orders, supervising technicians, consulting with physicians and nursing staff, applying pharmacokinetics, and documenting in EPIC and Pyxis. 13-week assignment with rotating shifts.
