Job description
Advocate Health seeks a clinical pharmacist to support inpatient care and outpatient IV therapy/oncology in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. You will partner with physicians, nurses and patients to optimize therapy, provide drug information, and ensure safe medication use across admission, transfer and discharge.
The role requires at least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience, with a preferred ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
