Job description
MLK Community Healthcare in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Pharmacist II to provide pharmaceutical care for patients of all ages, from infancy to geriatrics.
The candidate will hold a pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited school and be licensed in California, and will actively participate in clinical programs, medication reconciliation, formulary management, and pharmacoeconomic initiatives, while supporting cost containment and quality goals.
