Job description
AdventHealth in Minneola, FL is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to educate patients and healthcare teams on safe medication use, participate in rounds, and support transitions of care from admission to discharge. The pharmacist will supervise technicians, review orders, optimize pharmacokinetic dosing, and contribute to quality initiatives across central and satellite pharmacies.
The role requires a PharmD, a Bachelor's degree, and Florida licensure; hospital experience is preferred.
