Job description
Tampa General Hospital in Florida is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to actively coordinate, on a day-to-day basis, the provision of high quality pharmaceutical care to patients in compliance with federal and state laws and professional standards.
The role includes participation in Pharmacotherapy Consult services, staff development and education, and targeted drug programs, while assessing age-specific needs and monitoring medication use and orders.
