Job description
Baptist Memorial Health is seeking a pharmacist to provide age-specific pharmaceutical care and essential clinical services across patient care areas. The role emphasizes medication safety, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participation in quality improvement efforts.
Minimum requirements include a Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy with active licensure in the applicable state and completion of licensure within 120 days of hire. Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
