Job description
Tampa General Hospital is seeking a Pool Clinical Pharmacist to coordinate comprehensive pharmaceutical care, review orders, and perform final checks on sterile and nonsterile medications. This on-site role requires strong collaboration with physicians and nurses, adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards, and a commitment to patient safety.
You will participate in pharmacotherapy consults, support staff education, and drug-program initiatives while addressing age-specific needs
