Job description
Exeter Hospital is seeking a per diem Pharmacist Clinical Staff to provide pharmaceutical care across patient care areas at Exeter Hospital. You will oversee medication therapy, ensure accurate dispensing, and document patient information in compliance with regulations.
Reporting to the Manager Pharmacy Operations, you will collaborate with physicians, monitor therapy, and supervise technicians to support safe, effective patient care and timely medication delivery.
