Job description
Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to optimize medication therapies, ensure safety, and support cost-effective care across patient teams.
Responsibilities include daily rounds on Med Surg, EMR reviews, drug interaction monitoring, antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetics consultations, and education for staff and students. Credentials include a PharmD from an ACPE-accredited school, Kansas license, ACLS certification by probation end, and at least 3 years
