Job description
firsthand Health is building a hospital-based consultation-liaison psychiatry program in Virginia, with the founding clinician leading the service. The role includes in-hospital assessments, medication management, and collaboration with ED and hospital teams.
You will also carry an outpatient bridge for continuity of care, improving outcomes for medically complex patients. The position requires PMHNP-BC, VA APRN with autonomous practice, and DEA registration.
