Job description
TouchPoint, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Director of Dining Services for a 60-bed hospital. You will lead food and nutrition operations, including patient dining, retail café, lounges, and catering, with focus on service excellence, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
You will oversee budget, staff development, quality improvement, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and safety protocols, fostering continuous department improvement.
