Job description
externallincarecareers seeks a Liaison to collaborate daily with hospital case managers, deliver and set up O2 portability, nebulizers and small DME at discharge. You will educate on insurance criteria, documentation and available programs to aid patient discharge.
You will stock the vehicle with equipment, contact case managers, and coordinate center scheduling for home setup, while ensuring proper paperwork and CMNs are obtained for billing.
