Job description
Talentify seeks a Liaison to interact daily with hospital case managers to deliver and set up O2 portability, nebulizers, and small DME items for patient discharge. You will educate on insurance criteria, documentation, equipment, and programs to benefit patients and facilitate discharge.
Responsibilities include stocking vehicles, rounds to facilities, coordinating with centers on discharges, and handling CMNs and billing documentation. Salary offered is $25.00/hour.
