Job description
Lincare in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Liaison to coordinate discharge-related equipment and services for patients. You will work daily with hospital case managers to deliver, set up O2 portability, nebulizers, and DME items, and ensure proper paperwork is completed for reimbursement.
You will educate staff and patients on insurance criteria, CMNs, and program requirements to facilitate smooth discharge from facilities. Strong communication and accuracy in documentation are essential.
