Job description
externallincarecareers is seeking a Liaison to coordinate oxygen portability, nebulizers, and other DME for patient discharge. You will educate on insurance criteria, documentation, and available programs to aid discharge planning.
Responsibilities include daily vehicle preparation, facility rounds with case managers, and ensuring billing documentation such as CMNs and chart notes are collected. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and communicate effectively with medical staff.
