Job description
DASCO Home Medical Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Hospital Liaison to serve Cooley-Dickinson hospital clients as an expert resource and service-oriented partner in patient discharge for DME needs. The role delivers medical equipment in hospital settings and coordinates equipment delivery to the home.
You will participate in discharge planning, verify benefits, educate families, and ensure compliant documentation while supporting branch operations and hospital partnerships.
