Job description
Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles Medical Center is seeking a pharmacist to monitor and manage medication therapy for inpatients and ambulatory patients under supervision. The role involves consults with the care team, dosing adjustments, and ensuring safe distribution of medications within established policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have inpatient pharmacy experience, CA pharmacist licensure, and familiarity with aseptic technique and hospital pharmacy systems.
